EA have just been in touch to let us know about their forthcoming followup to the smash-hit, Sims 3. The big news is that the much loved franchise is going global, with the action to be set in three exotic new locations, “Al Simhara,” Egypt, “Champs Les Sims,” France and “Shang SimLa,” China.
These exciting locations are each loaded with a world of possibilities for danger, adventure, and romance for your Sim. World Adventures promises an international twist on the Sims-style gameplay you know and love with 52 new goals, 4 new mini-games, plus personas, careers, and quests. Sounds good!
Interestingly, as well as being a brand new standalone Sims adventure, the game is also compatatible with the previous game; meaning you’ll be able to bring your favourite Sim with you on your travels, transfering him or her between both games. EA confirmed that Sims 3 in-app purchases will also be transferrable to the new title.
All in all, though, the most entertaining feature of the game is bound to be well known artists, such as LeAnn Rimes, belting out songs in Simlish! Stay tuned for more news as we get it…
